For more information, just Google Monsanto. Even search their own website – their own pledges about creating a healthy sustainable planet go against everything they manufacture and do. You can’t make Round Up then turn around and say you’re trying to save the enviroment.

I was personally too late learning this information and bought a lot of Burpee seeds, but I’ll be much more careful from now on.

Thank you for finding this! I was relieved to not find my seed suppliers listed. Monsanto is vile beyond description.

Great blog by the way.. enjoying it very much.

I, too, had purchased a lot of Burpee seeds. I am going to copy down your list of ok companies and keep it in my purse for now on. Thank you very much for sharing this information. I have been against Monsanto for a long time.

Thank you for this page. Something just didn’t seem right, when the only seed that i could find in my area is Burpee. Don’t like band wagons so had to start looking in to this company. And i don’t shop at WalMart either.
